Address envelopes and print label sheets in seconds. Inkpost turns your phone or tablet into a mailing desk: type or paste an address, pick your envelope or label sheet, and print on any AirPrint printer.
Your first envelope, your first sheet of labels and every test print are free, with no watermark, no QR code and no time limit.
PRINT IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME • Prints at exact size with no "fit to page" shrinking, so the address lands where the preview shows it • A printable test page and alignment wizard: fine-tune your printer once, then save the settings • Feed helper for printers that take envelopes sideways, upside down or by hand • Postal guides show the area sorting machines need left clear • No envelope tray? Print on a regular sheet and feed your envelope by hand
EVERY ENVELOPE, EVERY LABEL SHEET • Dozens of envelope sizes (#10, A2, A7, DL, C4, C5, C6 and more) plus custom sizes • A full catalogue of address-label sheets for US Letter and A4. Search by the number on your label box, or build your own grid • Start on any label of a partly used sheet • Return-address labels in a few taps
ADDRESSES THAT STAY YOURS • Choose a contact with the system contact picker: Inkpost never reads your address book • Everything is stored on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking • Export your addresses to CSV whenever you like
HOLIDAY CARDS, INVITATIONS AND EVERYDAY MAIL Classic, postal capitals, modern and typewriter styles are free. Unlock elegant script, holiday and wedding styles with Inkpost Pro.
INKPOST PRO: ONE PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION Pay once, keep it for good, and share it with your family: • Print a whole list with a different address on every envelope or label • Unlimited saved addresses, groups and CSV import • Pick many contacts at once • Script, holiday and wedding styles, borders and your own logo • Track which cards you have sent and received each year Printing a single envelope or label is always free.
Works with AirPrint printers. Label sheet numbers are used only to help you find your sheet; they belong to their owners and Inkpost is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
