Contact Scanner AI Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications (the "Apps"). By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Apps

The Apps are provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or reliability.
You agree to use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any App at any time without notice.
For Contact Scanner AI specifically, scanned contact information is provided for convenience, but we make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI-extracted data.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of scanned contact information before use.
You must have permission to scan and store contact information from business cards or other sources.

You retain all rights to the images and contact data you create or scan using the App.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of extracting contact information.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to scan and store contact information.
You must not use the App to collect or store contact information in violation of privacy laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any images that violate our content guidelines or applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuroraApps/Daniel Steel is not liable for:

We do not guarantee that the Apps will function without errors or interruptions.

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases, including one-time purchases, lifetime access, and monthly subscriptions.
"Lifetime" purchases apply only while the App remains available on the App Store. If an App is removed, any purchase agreement is considered terminated, and no refunds will be issued.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, and cancellations must be done via App Store settings.
Free tier users may have limited scans per month. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited access to all features.

The Apps may experience downtime or unexpected issues.
We do not provide compensation for service failures, lost data, or discontinued features.
AI processing times may vary based on server load and image complexity.
OCR and data extraction accuracy may vary depending on image quality and card design.

All rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary content, belong to Daniel Steel.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
The AI models and technology used in the App are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use Contact Scanner AI to:

Collect or store contact information without appropriate consent.
Violate any privacy laws or regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Create contact databases for spam, marketing, or unsolicited communications without consent.
Use the service for any illegal or harmful purposes.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or usage limits.
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.

While we strive to provide accurate AI-powered data extraction, you acknowledge that:

AI may occasionally misread or incorrectly extract information.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all scanned contact information.
We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in extracted data.

We may terminate or restrict access to the Apps at any time if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, you must stop using the Apps.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and disputes will be settled in England.
