Headshot AI - Pro Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications (the "Apps"). By using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Apps

The Apps are provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or reliability.
You agree to use the Apps in compliance with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any App at any time without notice.
For Headshot AI - Pro specifically, AI-generated images are provided for professional use, but we make no guarantees about the quality or suitability for specific purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that images you upload comply with our content guidelines and do not violate any third-party rights.

You retain all rights to the images you upload to the App.
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating headshots.
Generated headshots are for your personal and professional use. Commercial usage rights are granted only with premium subscriptions.
You must not upload images that contain content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove or refuse to process any images that violate our content guidelines.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuroraApps/Daniel Steel is not liable for:

Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.
Inaccuracies, bugs, or errors within the Apps.
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the Apps.
The quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated headshots for any specific purpose.
Any consequences arising from your use of generated images on professional or social platforms.
Any misuse of the AI technology or generated content by users.

We do not guarantee that the Apps will function without errors or interruptions.

Some Apps may offer in-app purchases, including one-time purchases, lifetime access, and monthly subscriptions.
"Lifetime" purchases apply only while the App remains available on the App Store. If an App is removed, any purchase agreement is considered terminated, and no refunds will be issued.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, and cancellations must be done via App Store settings.
Free tier users may have limited usage per month. Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited access to all features.

The Apps may experience downtime or unexpected issues.
We do not provide compensation for service failures, lost data, or discontinued features.
AI processing times may vary based on server load and image complexity.
Generated images may occasionally not meet expectations due to limitations of AI technology.

All rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary content, belong to Daniel Steel.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
The AI models and technology used in the App are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use Headshot AI - Pro to:

We may terminate or restrict access to the Apps at any time if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, you must stop using the Apps.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and disputes will be settled in England.
