Padel Forever Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Padel Forever app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or reliability.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
Shot detection, scoring, and fitness metrics are provided for informational and recreational purposes only. They may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon for officiating, professional, or medical decisions.

Padel Forever is not a medical device. Heart rate, calorie, distance, and other fitness metrics are estimates and should not be used for any medical purpose.
Always play within your limits. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new physical activity, and stop if you feel unwell.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuroraApps/Daniel Steel is not liable for:

Loss of data, recordings, service interruptions, or technical failures.
Inaccuracies, bugs, or errors within the App, including incorrect scores or shot counts.
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the App.
Any injury or health issue arising from physical activity undertaken while using the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will function without errors or interruptions.

Any video you record using the App is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility.
You are responsible for ensuring you have any necessary consent from people who appear in your recordings and for complying with the laws and venue rules that apply where you record.

The App may offer in-app purchases, including one-time purchases, lifetime access, and subscriptions.
"Lifetime" purchases apply only while the App remains available on the App Store. If the App is removed, any purchase agreement is considered terminated, and no refunds will be issued.
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store, and cancellations must be done via App Store settings.

The App may experience downtime or unexpected issues.
We do not provide compensation for service failures, lost data, lost recordings, or discontinued features.

All rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary content, belong to Daniel Steel.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

We may terminate or restrict access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and disputes will be settled in England.
