PreLoved AI Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PreLoved AI app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

  • The App is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or reliability.
  • You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Vinted’s terms of service.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
  • PreLoved AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Vinted. All trademarks are property of their respective owners.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuroraApps/Daniel Steel is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.
  • Inaccuracies, bugs, or errors within the App.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the App.
  • Any issues arising from the use of generated content on Vinted or other platforms.

We do not guarantee that the App will function without errors or interruptions.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

  • The App offers in-app purchases, including monthly subscriptions and premium features.
  • "Lifetime" or subscription purchases apply only while the App remains available. If the App is removed, any purchase agreement is considered terminated, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, and cancellations must be done via your account settings.
  • We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing, failed transactions, or subscription management handled by third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play). All billing, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the terms of those platforms.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to premium features or subscription services and are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from service interruptions or changes to subscription offerings.

4. No Guarantees & Service Interruptions

  • The App may experience downtime or unexpected issues.
  • We do not provide compensation for service failures, lost data, or discontinued features.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary content, belong to Daniel Steel.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Use of AI and Third-Party Services

PreLoved AI uses OpenAI GPT-4 models and other third-party AI services for image-to-text summarization and content creation. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Generated content is produced by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate, complete, or error-free.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content generated by AI models.
  • OpenAI and other third-party providers may process data as part of the content generation process, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before using it in your Vinted listings or elsewhere.
