These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Remove Watermark - Photo Editor (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the App

• Service interruptions, technical failures, or bugs
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for your use of the App and any legal consequences that may arise from editing images without proper authorization.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aurora Apps / Daniel Steel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright or intellectual property rights
• Any content you edit or create using the App

6. Purchases & Subscriptions

6.1. In-App Purchases

• The App may offer in-app purchases, including one-time purchases, premium features, and subscriptions
• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• Pricing and availability of features may change at any time

6.2. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You will be charged through your Apple App Store account
• Manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription period

6.3. Lifetime Purchases

• "Lifetime" purchases grant access to premium features for as long as the App remains available on the App Store
• If the App is discontinued or removed from the App Store, lifetime purchase agreements are terminated
• No refunds will be issued if the App is discontinued

6.4. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store
• We do not directly process refunds

8. Intellectual Property

8.2. User Content

• We do not claim ownership of your photos or edited content
• We do not access, store, or use your images (see Privacy Policy)

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.

Key Privacy Points:

• Photos are processed locally on your device
• We do not upload, store, or access your images
• We collect minimal analytics data for app improvement

10. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Create fraudulent, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the App's operation or security

11. Termination
