TubeGPT Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TubeGPT app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

  • The App is provided "as is" with no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or reliability.
  • You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
  • Routes, arrival times, and disruption information are provided for informational purposes only, based on data from Transport for London, and may be inaccurate, delayed, or out of date.

2. Not Affiliated with Transport for London

TubeGPT is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Transport for London (TfL) or any transit operator. Live arrivals and disruption data are sourced from TfL's public API but we do not control the accuracy or availability of that data.

3. Travel Decisions & Safety

  • Always allow extra time for your journey and check official signage and announcements at stations, particularly during service disruptions.
  • You are responsible for your own travel decisions, timing, and safety. The App is a planning aid, not a substitute for official transit information.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuroraApps/Daniel Steel is not liable for:

  • Missed connections, delays, or any consequence of relying on a route, arrival time, or disruption status shown in the App.
  • Loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.
  • Inaccuracies, bugs, or errors within the App, including incorrect routes or station information.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the App.

We do not guarantee that the App will function without errors or interruptions.

5. No Guarantees & Service Interruptions

  • The App may experience downtime or unexpected issues, including when TfL's underlying data services are unavailable.
  • We do not provide compensation for service failures, lost data, or discontinued features.

6. Feedback

If you submit feedback or report an issue through the App, you grant us the right to use that information to improve the App, without any obligation to compensate you or attribute the feedback to you.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary content, belong to Daniel Steel.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and disputes will be settled in England.
